1. Employment Management (EM)
System Human Capital Solution Indonesia dalam Employment Management yaitu melakukan proses seleksi calon karyawan untuk mengisi kekosongan pada struktur organisasi dan rencana perekrutan pada awal tahun (HR Budgeting). Employment Management terdiri dari struktur organisasi, HR Budgeting berupa Man Power Planning, dan proses rekrutmen.
2. Performance Management (PM)
Performance Management adalah evaluasi yang bersifat saling menguntungkan antara perusahaan dan karyawan. Bagi perusahaan, PM bisa merupakan feedback yang menguntungkan dari karyawan untuk kemajuan perusahaan. Sedangkan untuk karyawan, Performance Management bisa menguntungkan untuk kemajuan karir karyawan tersebut.
3. Career Development Management (CDM)

Tindakan displiner bisa diberikan surat peringatan 1, 2 & 3 tergantung dari kasusnya atau skorsing dan PHK oleh pihak perusahaan kepada karyawannya
Standard Operating Procedure Development
Prosedur operasi standar manajemen umumnya digunakan di semua industri untuk membantu perusahaan beroperasi dengan aman dan lebih efisien. Benar mengelola SOP untuk perusahaan yang bersertifikat ISO atau QS / TS adalah wajib manufaktur. Dalam farmasi, perangkat medis, bioteknologi, atau industri lainnya diatur oleh FDA, SOP harus dikelola dengan proses perubahan kontrol yang ketat untuk memastikan kepatuhan terhadap praktek saat ini baik klinis (cGCP), GMP, (cGMP) dan praktek laboratorium yang baik (cGLP). Apakah atau tidak industri memberlakukan persyaratan khusus, manajemen SOP yang harus dilakukan dengan cara yang terkendali harus dilaksanakan sebagai praktek bisnis standar.
