Organisasi e-Struktur untuk mengatur hierarki jabatan dalam suatu perusahaan, Fitur Data pribadi untuk mengelola karyawan profil, fitur e-Jobdesc yang menjelaskan deskripsi pekerjaan karyawan secara detail, dan e-Commben atau kompensasi dan tunjangan. Fitur ini memungkinkan perusahaan untuk mengelola pengelolaan tunjangan yang diperoleh karyawan selama bekerja di perusahaan.
E-Payroll ini merupakan fitur pengelolaan penggajian karyawan yang sangat detail diantaranya perhitungan pajak karyawan setiap bulan yang dikelola dengan mudah dan cepat.
